Panmi Shop offers a 30-day money back guarantee on most products (excluding micro mobility&refurbished products).
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30-days of receiving the product, you can request a full refund (excluding the initial shipping cost).
For the avoidance of doubt, all products are eligible for CMMBG except for the following products with special conditions.

Terms and Conditions
Panmi offers a Change-of-Mind Money Back Guarantee, and will issue a full refund if you are not fully satisfied with the Product on the following conditions:
(a) You present proof of payment towards the relevant Shop Project;
(b) You have taken delivery of the Product;
(c) The Product is in resaleable condition;
(d) You submit a CMMBG claim within 30 days of taking delivery of the Product;
