1. Definitions:
Eligible Claim means a valid claim submitted through an online purchase.
Eligible Claimant means limited quantity while stocks last and customers who submit an Eligible Claim.
Eligible Purchase means the purchase of the selected ebikes/escooters and Accessories through Panmi Group Buying during the Promotional Offer Purchase Period.
Eligible Product means selected ebikes/escooters or accessories obtained through an Eligible Purchase.
Bonus means one
(1) Segway Speaker and Accessory of Choice.
Participating Retailer means Panmi Group Buying
Promotional Offer means this promotional giveaway of the Bonus to the original purchaser of an Eligible Purchase.
Promotional Offer Purchase Period means the period commencing 12:00am (AEST) on 16 March 2023 and closing at 11:59pm (AEST) on 16 April 2023.
Promotional Offer Claim Period means the period commencing 12:00am (AEST) on 16 April 20203 and closing at 11:59pm (AEST) on 16 April 2023.
2. This Promotional Offer is provided by Panmi Pty Ltd (ABN 4162 3111 820) (hereafter “Panmi”) of 174 Broadway, Chippendale, NSW 2008. You can contact Panmi by:

3. You are eligible to enter into this Promotional Offer by making an Eligible Purchase. You accept and agree to these terms and conditions should you decide to enter into this Promotional Offer.
4. This Promotional Offer applies to all Eligible Purchases made during the Promotional Offer Period.
5. Panmi reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotional Offer at any time and for any reason.
6. You must be aged 18 years or older at the time of making the Eligible Purchase to claim under this Promotional Offer. Business customers and employees of Panmi, the Participating Retailers and their related bodies corporate are ineligible for this Promotional Offer.
7. This Promotional Offer is only available to you as the original purchaser of an Eligible Purchase and cannot be transferred to any other person. It cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or any other products.
8. You may only submit a claim for the Bonus subject to the time limits set out under Promotional Offer Purchase Period and the Promotional Offer Claim Period.
9. You may submit an Eligible Claim for the Bonus by:
a. visiting the Panmi Group Buying website (https://shop.panmi.com.au/)
b. Adding selected ebikes/escooters to your cart and adding the Segway Speaker and an accessory of your choice to your cart and using the promotional code BOSSBONUS at checkout.
10. Stock for the Bonus is limited quantity while stocks last, and the Bonus will be provided to the individuals that submit a valid and eligible claim in accordance with these terms. Without limiting these terms, Panmi may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotional offer at any time if all the Bonuses have been claimed.
11. Your Bonus will be shipped 30 days after your first purchase has been delivered.
12. You accept that Panmi is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of, or in connection with this Promotion Offer.
13. The Bonus will be delivered to mailing address submitted at the time of submitting an Eligible Claim.
14. The Bonus will be delivered by a courier partner of Panmi’s choosing and must be signed for at time of delivery.
15. A parcel collection card will be left at the Eligible Claimant’s delivery address if no one is present at the time of attempted delivery. The Bonus will then be delivered to a local depot for your collection.
16. You permit Panmi to use and disclose your personal information for the purposes of conducting this promotional offer.
